Veritas Winery lies in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Small and unpretentious, this winery has an enviable reputation for the excellence of its products Veritas has now reached a new era. Rolf, who has a strong interest in vineyards and their unique micro-climates is the master of the red wines, whilst his sister Christa, brings 25 years of industry experience to the production of white wines. This strong team is receiving excellent results and increasing recognition in Australia, as well as in England, America and Germany. Using traditional hand crafted methods combined with recent oenological advances, the vignerons are proud of their award winning products. Veritas had previously made its mark by winning consecutive trophies for the best Shiraz at the Barossa Wine show. In 2005, to celebrate 50 years in the Barossa Valley Veritas became Rolf Binder Wines in commemoration of the founder of the winery.
