Art at Linden Gate is a contemporary Art Gallery that also has self-contained accommodation on the property. The purpose built mud brick gallery with huge timber beams is an interesting and intimate space with regularly changing exhibitions. As you drive up the driveway you will marvel at the stainless steel, concrete and glass sculptures by "artist in residence" Ernst Fries. Entry is free and the Gallery is open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as well as Wednesdays during school holidays. Please call for an appointment at other times. While exploring the Yarra Valley the comfortable self contained cottages are an ideal place to stay. Curl up in front of the warm fire with a glass of wine, relax and unwind in the large spa and after a good nights sleep in the king bed, enjoy the generous breakfast provisions while gazing at the view of the Yarra Valley and mountains beyond.
