This listing is for 1 BEDROOM in a 3 bedroom townhouse, located in Auchenflower, Brisbane. All other rooms will be off limits, unless organised prior to checkin. Usage of the other 2 bedrooms will result to an additional charge of 100 AUD per night stayed.
You will have exclusive access to this townhouse throughout your stay. The property is pet friendly. Max of 2 pets and is subject to owners approval. Pet Accommodation fee are separately charge per pet per night
NOTE: Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren't available. No last minute request.
**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**
NOTE:
All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
